  • The program lasts 1 hour to an hour and a half.
  • In the cottage, during the story time, the children are alone with Santa Claus, so the program is suitable for children from the age of 2. Parents can accompany their children through Santa Claus Park.
  • We have tea prepared for children, and tea or mulled wine for adults, and there are self-service drinks included in the price of the program.
  • The program can be carried out in any weather. It is pleasantly warm in the hut, even outside by the large fireplace. However, it is still winter, so we recommend suitable, comfortable winter clothing and footwear. If there is enough snow, we recommend ski clothing.
  • Large families with three, four or five children, don't worry, we have prepared a special discounted ticket for you by applying the discount codes TOP3, TOP4, TOP5, TOP6, TOP7, TOP8. All children must be from the same family.
  • Families with younger children are encouraged to book daytime appointments, and those with babies are also welcome. A headlamp is required for the evening appointment, and as visibility is lower, we recommend the appointment for slightly older children.
  • The number of children per session is limited, and if there are too many reservations at once, the registration time will be taken into account. Anyone who registers for a session that is overbooked will be offered the next available session or a refund of the purchase price.
  • Booking an appointment is essential and we recommend that you pay attention to which day and time suits you best. Subsequent changes are only possible if there are still free appointments available. In the event of delay, no-show or illness, the new appointment cannot be rescheduled without prior notice and confirmation from the organizer.
  • Tickets to visit Santa Claus's Land are transferable.
  • In case of illness, refunds and cancellations are not possible, you can find a substitute family to visit us instead of you!
