• The program lasts from 1 hour to an hour and a half.
• In the cottage, during the story time, the children are alone with Santa, so the program is suitable for children from the age of 2 . Parents accompany their children through Santa's Park.
• We have tea prepared for children, and tea or mulled wine for adults, and there are self-serve drinks that are included in the price of the program.
• The program can be carried out in any weather. It is pleasantly warm in the cottage, even outside by the large fireplace. It is still winter, so we recommend suitable, comfortable winter clothes and footwear. If there is enough snow, we recommend ski clothing.
• Large families with three, four or five children, don't worry, we have prepared a special, more favorable TIP ticket for you
• We invite families with younger children to book daily appointments, those with babies are also welcome. In the evening session, a headlamp is necessary and since visibility is lower, we recommend the session for slightly older children.
• The number of children per appointment is limited, if there are too many reservations at once, the registration time will be taken into account. Anyone who registers for a time slot that is overbooked will be offered the next free time slot or will be refunded the cost of their purchase.
• Booking an appointment is essential and we recommend that you pay attention to which day and appointment suits you best. Subsequent changes are only possible as long as there are still available appointments. In case of delay, non-arrival or illness, the new date cannot be rescheduled without prior notice and confirmation from the organizer.
• Tickets for visiting Santa's Land are transferable.
• In case of illness, refunds and cancellations of the appointment are not possible, you can find a replacement family that will visit us instead of you!
• If you would like a private appointment (for children of employees, associations or families with more than five children), please contact us and we will offer you additional appointments and discounts.
