TICKET DETAILS

  • The program lasts 1 hour to an hour and a half.
  • During the children's story, parents have the option to discreetly place gifts on the sleigh so that the children do not notice. The program is suitable for children aged 2 years and older. Parents accompany their children through Santa's Park. Movement in Santa's Land is at your own risk!
  • For children, we have prepared tea and cookies, and for adults, tea or mulled wine. These self-service drinks are included in the program price.
  • The program can be carried out in all weather conditions. You can always warm up outdoors by the large fire pit. However, it is still winter, so we recommend appropriate, comfortable winter clothing and footwear, and for children, we recommend ski clothing and that you bring spare clothes.
  • Large families with three, four, or five children, don't worry, we have prepared a special, more affordable ticket for you with discount codes TOP3, TOP4, TOP5, TOP6, TOP7, TOP8. All children must be from the same family.
  • Families with younger children are invited to book daytime slots; those with babies are also welcome. For evening slots, a headlamp is essential, and as visibility is reduced, we recommend this slot for slightly older children.
  • The number of children per slot is limited. If too many bookings are made at once, the registration time will be taken into account. Everyone who registers for an overbooked slot will be offered the next available slot or a refund of the purchase cost.
  • Booking a slot is essential, and we recommend that you pay attention to which day and time suits you best. Subsequent changes are only possible if there are still available slots. In case of delay, no-show, or illness, a new slot cannot be rescheduled without prior notice and confirmation from the organizer.
  • Tickets to Santa's Land are transferable.
  • In case of illness, refunds and cancellation of the slot are not possible; you can find a replacement family to visit us instead!
  • If you would like a private slot (for employees' children, associations, or families with more than five children), please contact us, and we will offer you additional slots and discounts.
